Yes! Choose between Save & Pickup or Delivery. With Delivery, we’ll bring your rental items to you and return to pick them up during your scheduled delivery and pickup windows. Delivery fees vary based on location.

Save & Pickup is our most budget-friendly option. Pick up your backdrop package during your scheduled pickup window, set it up for your event, and return it during your scheduled return window. We’ll provide simple setup instructions so you have everything you need.

Delivery includes drop-off and pickup of your rental items. Setup and breakdown are handled by you, and we’ll provide simple instructions to make setup easy.

We recommend booking as soon as you have your event date and design in mind. Availability is first come, first served, especially during busy weekends. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on inventory.

Start by submitting our inquiry form with your event details and preferred design. Once availability is confirmed, we’ll send your proposal and rental agreement. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to officially reserve your date.

Plans change! Cancellations made more than 7 days before your event will forfeit the 50% reservation payment. Cancellations within 7 days of your event are non-refundable.Need to reschedule? One reschedule is permitted with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Your new event must take place within 6 months of the original date.

Yes! Our rentals can be used outdoors, but the setup area must be level, firm and safely accessible. Grass may be acceptable depending on the condition of the ground, but gravel, dirt, slopes or uneven terrain may not be suitable.Rentals cannot be used in rain, standing water, sprinklers or excessive moisture and are subject to safe wind conditions. If weather or site conditions make the setup unsafe, the rental should be moved indoors or to another suitable location. Ready Set Party is not responsible for instability or damage caused by weather, ground conditions or improper setup.

We know accidents can happen. Renters are responsible for lost, missing or damaged items beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the payment method on file in accordance with your rental agreement.

Please return your rental during your scheduled return window so it’s ready for the next celebration. Late returns are subject to a $75 per calendar day fee and must be approved in advance. Additional charges may apply if a late return affects another confirmed reservation.
